Fast to Fast Enterprise provides two distinct core services: Tourism Services within Panama and Sealed Food Logistics & Distribution. These policies apply to all users, clients, and partners.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to book our services.
Modifications: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
We provide curated tourism experiences across Panama.
Bookings & Payments: All tourism bookings must be confirmed with a deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 7+ days prior to the service date receive a 90% refund.
Cancellations made under 48 hours before the service date are non-refundable.
Client Responsibility: Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid identification, necessary travel permits, and insurance. Fast to Fast Enterprise is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property during tours.
We specialize in the secure, compliant, and efficient transport of sealed food products.
Standard of Goods: All products provided for logistics must be in original, unopened, and sealed manufacturer packaging. We do not transport perishable goods that require active refrigeration unless explicitly contracted under a “Cold Chain” agreement.
Client Liability: The client guarantees that all food items transported comply with Panamanian health and safety regulations. Fast to Fast Enterprise is not liable for issues arising from the internal quality, expiration status, or labeling accuracy of the sealed goods provided by the client.
Delivery Timelines: While we strive for “Fast to Fast” delivery, all estimated arrival times are subject to traffic, weather conditions, and logistical contingencies in Panama.
Your data privacy is a priority. We collect information necessary to facilitate your bookings and logistical requests.
Data Usage: We use your personal information solely to provide the requested services, improve our website, and maintain required business records.
Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with third-party partners (e.g., local tour operators or transport subcontractors) strictly to fulfill your service request.
Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast to Fast Enterprise shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama.
